Harmon Clarke is a patient advocate and certified breathwork, yoga, and sound bath practitioner whose work sits at the intersection of clinical care and whole-person wellbeing. A Los Angeles native, his path into health was shaped by his own experience as a patient: while pursuing postgraduate studies, a severe Crohn's disease flare brought him to Cedars-Sinai, where a 200-day hospitalization — including emergency surgery and sepsis — became a turning point. During that stay, he participated in an early virtual reality pain management trial that gave him relief without medication, an experience that reshaped his understanding of what healing could look like.

That experience moved him from the patient's side of the bed to the practitioner's. Harmon earned his Master of Science in Health Delivery Science from Cedars-Sinai Health Sciences University and holds a certificate in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching from Harvard Medical School. He pairs that grounding in health systems and digital health with hands-on contemplative practice, helping people navigate pain, stress, and chronic illness through both evidence-based tools and restorative modalities like breathwork and sound.
